We offer returns and exchanges to give you a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a product and wish to request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery through our chat support or WhatsApp. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

In case of a return, a 10% deduction will be applied to cover handling and processing charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method after the product is received and verified. For exchanges, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Shipping charges, if any, may apply based on the exchange request.
